Chicken and Shrimp Dumplings with two dipping sauces



1/4 lb finely chopped chicken breast
1 oz finely chopped shrimp
1/2 tsp brown sugar
1-1/2 tsp Chinese rice wine
1-1/2 tsp Reduced sodium soy sauce
2 Scallions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp chopped fresh ginger
12 Wonton or Dumpling wrappers

Combine all ingredients from the chicken to the ginger.
Place a tsp of filling into each wrapper. Pinch closed.
Steam for 8 minutes and serve with sauces.

Dipping sauces:

Sauce #1
1/3 Cup Soy sauce
1 TBLSP Hoisin sauce (or more to taste)
2 tsp Sugar
2 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 tsp Grated Ginger
2 tsp Sliced Scallions



Sauce #2

¼ Cup Soy sauce

1 TBLSP Hoisin sauce

2 tsp Chili Garlic sauce

1 Clove Garlic, minced

1 tsp Sliced Scallions

1 tsp Chinese Mustard
