Crab Cakes


8 oz Lump Crab meat
1 Egg white
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp Dry Mustard
2 TBSP Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp Mustard
1/2 tsp Parsley flakes
1/2 tsp Old Bay
1/4 cup Panko


Combine all ingredients, mix well and form into 4 patties. Broil for 4 minutes on each side and serve.
