Asian Chicken Skewers
4 Chicken Breasts, cut into bite size cubes
8 wooden Skewers, soaked in warm water for at least a half hour
The Marinade:
1 tsp Freshly grated Ginger
1 tsp Freshly grated Ginger
1 clove Garlic
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Oyster sauce
1/4 cup Hoisin sauce
1&1/2 TBLSP Sake or Rice Wine
Combine the marinade ingredients.
Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes to overnight.
Cook on the grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes, turn and cook for another 5 minutes or until cooked through (You can also cook them on a grill pan over medium-high heat or broil them on high)
Fat free as is. If using a grill pan you'll need a spray of oil.
