Croutons



These croutons make just about any salad crave-able. They are also great to add to soup... or you can just snack on them. Not that I have done that.

However you decide to eat them, I don't think you will go back to store bought.

Very basic. Very simple. Very quick. Very delicious....



1/2 loaf Ciabatta bread, cut into cubes
1 TBLSP Olive Oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp fresh pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Drizzle the oil and sprinkle all other ingredients onto the cubed bread. Toss together with your hands.

Bake for 12 minutes or until desired crispiness.
