Garlic Bread


1/4 cup Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic, minced
Pinch of Salt
TBLSP chopped fresh Parsley

1/2 Loaf Ciabatta Bread, sliced in half, lengthwise

Preheat the oven to 350

Heat the olive oil through the parsley together in a small sauce pan over low heat for about 10 minutes.

Brush the bread with the mixture.

Bake for about 15 minutes or until it's as crispy as you like it.

Slice into 6 pieces.

8 grams of unsaturated fat per piece
