Tandoori Chicken

Cloves garlic, minced

tsp minced ginger

tsp Cumin

tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne

tsp Paprika

tsp Garam Masala

tsp Turmeric

tsp salt

Chicken breasts
Mix
all ingredients except for the chicken in a large bowl. Add the chicken making
sure it's submerged. Let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
The
next day, heat the grill to medium and give the chicken a toss. Leave the
chicken in the bowl on the counter for a few minutes while the grill is heating
up.
Spray
the grill with oil.
Grill chicken for about 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
